His/Her Pillow Video

Ok, so you saw my post of the 'his/her' pillow I made for my brother in law & sister in law..well, I thought it came out so good that I wanted to make one for my brother and his wife as a gag gift. I thought of some new 'improvements' I could add, one being squeekers you'd find in a dog toy. I thought this was too funny...I added them to the 'boob' side. See the attached video..LOL...I laugh each time I see it :). Im really not a perverted person..but my family members bring it out in me :p

Kristen & Chris's Wedding Gift

When I found out my good friend Kristen was getting married, I knew what to make her. I made this same blanket for my husband and I and we both love it. This is by far my favorite project. Its soft, warm and so cozy. I hope Kristen and Chris get to snuggle under this for years to come. Congrats on your marriage guys!!!

His/Her Pillow

Ok, so like alot of my project, there is a story behind this beautiful creation...lol. My brother in law sent me a dirty text message with a picture of a pillow that was just the 'man parts' side. I thought to myself, I can crochet this..its not like I havent crocheted body parts before. I did give it a different twist by adding a 'girls part' side. This way when I give it as a gift to my brother in law and his wife, it'll have a side for each of them to enjoy. :). I laughed so much making this...and I cant wait until I get to give it to my brother in law and his wife

Sweater for little Aram

Im not very good at making sweaters..for some reason they never quite turn out the way I'd like them too. This one was no exeption. Its suppose to be a 6 month size which I thought would be perfect because little Aram ( my good friends Armen & Ripsme's new son ) should fit in a 6 month size by the time he weather gets cold. It seemed to come out much larger then that..lol..dont ask me how. Anyway...it is the thought that counts right..LOL. I love the buttons I found in JoAnne Fabric, I was told little Aram's room was decorated with cars & trucks so how fitting that I found little car buttons. I think they make the sweater, they are my favorite part :).

I hope Armen, Ripsme & Aram know its the thought that counts...even if this sweater doesnt fit Aram =)

Little Girls Poncho

This is the cutest little girls poncho. My late Aunt made this a few times for some baby showers and it was always a hit. I thought I'd try it for my friend Patty's first grand daughter who was born last Feb. It came out adorable. It was very simple, I think it took me a total of 3 hours to complete it. Perfect project for a snowy afternoon. I would definally make this again for the next girl who's born.
